This is Spirit of America's privacy policy. We've tried to keep it short and put it in commonsense language so that you can read it and understand it. Our lawyers did not write this.

We respect your privacy We will never give, sell or in any way provide any of your personal information to anyone for any reason unless you explicitly tell us to.
When people see your information on our Web site Please note that there are some actions you can take that will cause your information to be shared or become visible on our Web site:
- When you post a comment on our Blog your first and last name are noted.
- When you choose to be included in our member directory, your name and general information about you (that you’ve supplied) can be seen by other members.
- When you join a team or challenge, other members can see your name.
- When you tell your friends about Spirit of America, email a page to a friend or invite people to join Spirit of America they will see your email address and name.
- When you create a fundraising page visitors to that page will see your name and photo (if you’ve provided one).
