Unrestricted Fund
Donations to our Unrestricted Fund allow us to apply your donation wherever the need is greatest. Your donation may be used to fund any Spirit of America project and may be used to pay for the organizational/administrative expenses that provide the capacity to do everything we do. Unrestricted donations provide us the most flexibility to direct funds to where they will have the greatest impact.
We typically need all donations that donors earmark for specific projects or funds. In the rare event we have a surplus, you choose how it is reassigned. If you check the "Reassign" box, we will apply any unused portion of your donation to other Spirit of America projects and 100% of those funds will be used for direct project expenses. If you do not check the "Reassign" box, we will contact you and ask if you want a refund. If you do not reply, we will apply any unused portion of your donation to other Spirit of America projects.
